Mrs. Dollie Ann Loudermelt Painter 88, of Lenoir passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Caldwell Hospice & Palliative Care in Lenoir. She was born January 2, 1924 in Watauga County to the late Abner Loudermelt and Julia Jennings Loudermelt. Mrs. Painter is preceded in death by her husband Hardie H. Painter, Sr. and one brother Ronald Loudermelt. She was a homemaker, devoted wife and mother.
Mrs. Painter is survived by her son Hardie H. Painter, Jr. of Summerville S.C. and daughter Andrea P. Dula and her husband Richard Dula of Lenoir, 2 grandchildren, Russell Setser of Charlotte and Holly Painter Ard of Summerville, S.C. and 2 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Friday, May 25, 2012, 1:00 pm at Blue Ridge Memorial Park with the Reverend Steve Butler.
