Erbie Gene Bays

In addition to his parents, Erbie was preceded in death by his first wife Brenda Bays, his sister Beverly Matherly, and his grandson Daniel Walker.

Left to cherish Erbie's memory are his wife of nearly 25 years Chris Bays, his son Jeff Bays (wife Darlene); his daughter Candy Walker (husband Arthur); his stepdaughters Joyce Ramsey and Geri Ward (husband Matthew); his grandchildren Mandy Woody (husband Kurt), Kristy Miller (husband Gavin), Kyle Ramsey, and Chase Ramsey; his 11 great-grandchildren; and many beloved friends and extended family members.

Erbie proudly served his country in the US Navy and was a Vietnam War veteran. He enjoyed line dancing, riding his motorcycle, and taking care of his dog Probie.

Services will be held privately at a later date.
