Faye H Knight

Mrs. Knight was born in Caldwell County to the late Robert Matthew “R.M.” and Callie Mae White Hall on February 9, 1928. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers, Ernest Hall, Ivey Hall and Willard Hall; five sisters, Mrs. Oscar (Bertha) Miller, Mrs. Everett (Bonnie) Austin, Miss Letha Hall, Mrs. Woodrow (Toye) Fox and Mrs. Bruce (Lois) Moretz.

She was a member of the Hudson First Baptist Church and was the owner of Faye’s Beauty Shop for forty eight years.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 56 years, Howard Knight, of the home; one son; Roger D. Knight of the home, one brother; Stanley R. Hall, of Hudson, and one sister; Mrs. Lucille Crump of Lenoir.

A funeral service for Mrs. Knight will be held Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 2:30 pm. at Hudson First Baptist Church with the Reverend Mack Jarvis, the Reverend Mike Isaacs, and the Reverend Kevin Knight officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 pm until 2:30 pm at the church. Burial will follow the service at Sardis Cemetery.
