Mrs. Cournoyer was born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts to the late Vincenzo Cali and Anne Catonese Cali. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry Cournoyer.
She was a member of Lower Creek Baptist Church and was active in the events at the Senior Center.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, John Cournoyer and wife Connie of Lenoir; her granddaughter, Katie Cournoyer; her sisters, Ellie Grupico of Plantation, FL and Louise Stepp of West Palm Beach, FL.
Services for Mrs. Cournoyer will be private.
