Helen Kincaid

Mrs. Kincaid was born on April 10, 1923 in Iredell County to the late Chester A. and Flossie Barker Mayberry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Kincaid and two brothers, Hedrick and C.A. Mayberry, Jr.

She was a member of Gamewell United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School.

Survivors include one son, William Kincaid of Lenoir, NC; one daughter, Shirley “Ann” Burchette of Louisburg, NC; one sister, Margaret Allen; one granddaughter and two great grandchildren.

A graveside service for Mrs. Kincaid will be held Sunday, April 17, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Blue Ridge Memorial Park in Lenoir, NC with Reverend Renee Easter officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Pendry’s Funeral Home prior to the graveside service.
