Jeris was a good and Godly man who always greeted me with a smile and a positive word. Karen has always been a good friend to me and the Parsons family especially Ms. Marybelle always treated me like I was one of the family. I feel your loss, I'm so sorry, and my family and I send our condolences. May God continue to bless you all real good.

On the behalf of the Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the Parsons family. These are long time friends of mine and Eadie and Vernon are faithful members of our church. Snooky was such a loving brother and our prayer is that the God of all comfort will hold you close to Himself during your time of grief and afterwards. His word is true; to be absent from the body is no loss for the one who departs in Jesus. It is all gain for Him and the end of his suffering. Day by day and with each passing, strength we find to meet our trials here. May you know God's comfort day by day. PASTOR MICHAEL SMITH
