Ms, Haigler was born March 2, 1964 in Catawba County to Mr. Benjamin Earp and the late Mrs. Barbara Main Earp.
Kimberly was a dedicated daughter, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, doing cross- stitch and reading. Above all else, Kimberly cherished the time with her children and her grandchildren. She loved them dearly and they will miss her.
In addition to her father, those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Jessica Brakefield Derosier and husband Bryant of Granite Falls, Caitlin Haigler and fiance, Cameron Chaney of Granite Falls, grandchildren, Jack and Josie Brakefield, Roman Chaney and a brother, Timothy Earp of Hudson.
In an effort to be as safety conscious as possible due to the Covid-19 virus, the family has chosen to have their services held privately and Rev. Melissa Mummert will be officiating.
“Cremate what is left of me…ashes to ashes, dust to dust…if you must bury something, let it be my faults, my weaknesses, and all my prejudice against my fellow man. Give my soul to God. If by chance you wish to remember me, do it with a kind deed or word to someone who needs you. If you do all I have asked, I will live forever”.
