She was born June 12, 1950 in Fairfax County, Virginia to the late Arthur Curtis and Geneva Bryant Curtis.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bugielski was preceded in death by her son, Rodney Bugielski and numerous brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Bugielski leaves behind her husband of 52 years, Lawrence Bugielski of Lenoir and niece, Teresa Curtis-Fudge of Fuquay-Varina.
Mrs. Bugielski was a member of Baton Baptist Church in Hudson where she was an assistant Sunday School teacher. She was a member of T.E.O.S.A.C.C, or The Every Other Sunday Afternoon Craft Club, where she enjoyed crafting, especially creating greeting cards for her friends.
The family will hold a private gathering at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to Baton Baptist Church, 4491 Hickory Nut Ridge Road, Hudson, North Carolina 28638.
