Loreta Dano Banga Wolfe

Mrs. Wolfe was born July 9, 1946 in Mindanau, Philippines to the late Torebio Banga and Leocadia Dano Banga. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hildred Jerry Wolfe, and five siblings.

Mrs. Wolfe was a homemaker who was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her children and her grandchildren. She enjoyed working word search puzzles and playing scrabble.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Lorrie Wolfe of Hickory, NC, sons; Jerry Wolfe and wife Cyndi of Lenoir, NC, Robert Wolfe of Wilmington, NC, grandchildren; Thomas Wolfe, Nicholas Wolfe, Christopher Wolfe, Angeleah Wolfe and Gage Wolfe, brothers, Jaime Banga and Yoyong Banga, both of the Philippines and a sister, Linda Amor of the Philippines.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home with Sgt. Tomeker Heard officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park in Lenoir. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Pendry’s Funeral Home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jerry Wolfe, Nicholas Wolfe, Christopher Wolfe, Thomas Wolfe, Robert Wolfe and Ralph Wolfe Jr. Serving as an honorary pallbearer is Tim Dula.
