Mary Elizabeth Sims

Mrs. Sims was born in McCreary County, KY to the late Ward Griffis and Sylvia Lee Duncan Griffis. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Linville Foster Sims; brothers, Paul, Ricky and Jesse Griffis; her sisters, Billie Kinser, Sue Johnson and Peggy Drohan. She enjoyed a leisurely life.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Travis Sims of Taylorsville; her daughters, Tiffani Sims and partner, Danny Phillips of Lenoir, and Tracy Walker and husband Robert of Lenoir; honorary daughter, Jennifer Roberts; her brother, Ward Lee Griffis; her sisters, Judie Gaston and Rebecca Crabtree; grandchildren, Zachory Driggers and wife Cierra, Cody Driggers, Cameron Sims, Caitlyn Sims, Kylee Walker, Cory Shatley and Emily Walker; honorary grandchildren, Kennedy Roberts, Garrett Roberts and Jordan Shearouse.
