She was born April 28, 1939 in Caldwell County to the late Evrvin B. and Vene McGee Cloer.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cloer was preceded in death by a sister, Thelma L. Cloer and a brother, Burlon Edward Cloer.
She will be missed by her family: daughters, Robins Shatley, Lisa Buckner, and Anita (Travis) Soots; brother, Dallas E. Cloer; as well as eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
A private family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
