She was born on November 28, 1971 in Caldwell County to the late Harold Lee Mann and Barbara Ann Harvey Philyaw. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step-father, Don Bolick and a sister, Brenda Jane.
Melinda loved her grandbabies with everything in her and they are the ones that kept her going.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter Elishia Coffey and husband Gary of Lenoir; sons, Cori Mann of Rhodiss and Kaleb Alan Coffey and wife Ashely Todd of Lenoir; brother, Lee Mann of Lenoir; sister, Amy Bolick and husband B.J. Parsons of Lenoir; grandsons, Grayson, Bryson, and Dawson; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Calvary Advent Christian Church in Lenoir with Rev. Jim Lee officiating.
