He was born in Guatemala on March 7, 1984 to Manuel Manuel Jimenez and the late Aura Edelmira Hernandez.
In addition to his father, those left to cherish his memory include his wife Nancy Hernandez of Lenoir; son, Christian Bowman of Lenoir; daughter, Flory Hernandez of Guatamala; grandson, Leandro Diego Manuel; siblings, Gaspar Hernandez and Anna Maria Hernandez, both of Guatamala; aunt, Rosa Hernandez of Lenoir; and cousin, Reyna Hernandez of Lenoir.
