Antonia Chacon

Antonia Chacon, 80, passed away peacefully in her home on June 22, 2014. "Toni" was born in Gillett, TX on January 17, 1934 to Jose and Maria Guajardo. She married Marcos Chacon in 1968 in Levelland, TX where they resided for the remainder of their lives.

Funeral services for Antonia Chacon will be held on June 25th at 2pm at St. Michael's Catholic Church officiated by Fr. Ruolph Crasta. Burial will follow at the City of Levelland Cemetery under the direction of George Price Funeral Home, Levelland, Texas. Toni dedicated her life to her family who she loved with her whole heart. She showed her love for them through her quilting talents, baking delicious strawberry covered chocolate cakes, and gathering her family around a delicious home cooked meal. There was nothing she wouldn't do for her family or friends. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Levelland.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Marcos Chacon, her brother Pete Guajardo, and sister Sofia Mosqueda.

She is survived by her four daughters, Oralie Gutierrez and husband Ruben of Levelland, Maria Olga Pierce of Lubbock, Patricia Rodriguez and husband Gilbert of Bakersfield, California, and Angel Graham and husband Seth of Rapid City, South Dakota; one sister Erminia Weliver; 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, all who fondly called her "Mommy". She also leaves numerous nieces and nephews.
