Douglas Dunn, 88, of Bledsoe and Levelland, Texas, died Saturday, February 20, 2016. He was born April 25, 1927 to the late W B and Burmah Dunn. He proudly served in the United States Navy, he was a veteran of World War II. He lived in Bledsoe, Texas, for 72 years where he farmed and served as a Deacon, of Bledsoe Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, W B and Burmah Dunn; infant children, Mark Dunn and Roxie Dunn; sisters, Louise Gunem and Reba Frye.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Rowena Dunn; sons, Steve (Barbara) Dunn, Stacey (Michelle) Dunn; five grandchildren; 26-plus great grandchildren and sister, Burmah Jean Dunn.
