Jack McCutchin

Jack McCutchin, 89, of Levelland passed away at home Monday, August 24, 2015. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2015, at 10:30 AM in the First United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery. Jack was born May 17, 1926 to Robert Milo and Verna (Jones) McCutchin in Bristow, Oklahoma. He served in the United States Navy during WWII, including occupied Japan after the war. He was a 60-year Mason. Jack was a partner and co-owner of Verna Drilling Company for many years. He is survived by his wife, Maureen; sons, Jack McCutchin, Jr. and wife Janis, and Jim McCutchin and wife Susan; sister, Verna Musslewhite ; brothers, Richard McCutchin, George McCutchin, and Pat McCutchin; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 step-children; and 1 step-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Suedean Freeman McCutchin, two brothers, and one sister.
