We offer our condolences to Ronnie and Michael and to extended family and friends of Lisa.

RONNI, we have such good memories, from many years ago, of living across the street from you and your family just up the street from Stewart Elementary School. Lisa and Russ were the same age and often were playmates. Cindy and Cody were 4 and 7 years younger. I have memories of always seeing you and Lisa together...always so sweet...always so friendly...always smiling. All those years ago, your dear mother, Sheryl gave me a ‘start’ of her beautiful pink oxalis from her front flower bed. Each time we have moved since, I have taken some with us and transplanted them at our new location. I still think of Sheryl and your family when I tend to them now.

MICHAEL, even though both the Hensleys and we had moved away from the old neighborhood and had lost touch, I clearly remember when I last saw your mom. As luck would have it, years later, we both were at the South Plains Mall. Lisa recognized and approached me. She looked the happiest I had ever seen her. She was absolutely ‘beaming’ as she told me that she had a precious baby boy. She obviously loved you more than anything. She was a beautiful and happy young woman.

I remember the Hensley family as loving and devoted Christians. Hold close to your faith, trusting all that God promises. He is with you always and will give you comfort now.

Lisa was a precious little person. I haven't seen her in years, but I remember her as always smiling and full of love. She accepted everyone and had a smile and hug for everyone. Lisa made the world a better place.

Lisa was a sweet lady who was my Avon representative. She now is with the Lord and will enjoy peace forever.
