Loretta Marie Kauffman

Loretta Kauffman, 86, of Levelland died on Tuesday, March 12, 2013. Services will be at 4:00 pm, Friday, March 15, 2013, at Park Drive Baptist Church, Levelland with Rev. Gil Ramirez, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in City of Levelland Cemetery under direction of George Price Funeral Home, Levelland. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home, Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

Loretta was born on December 11, 1926 in Perrin, Texas to Sydney and Rebecca (Wade) Polk. She attended Whitharral Schools and then married Douglas Marvin Kauffman on November 27, 1948. She was a member of Park Drive Baptist Church, Levelland, Texas. Loretta was a homemaker and she loved to spend as much time as possible with family and friends.

Survivors include her son: Mike Kauffman and his wife, Cindy of Levelland, Texas; her daughter: Peggy Franklin also of Levelland, Texas; six grandchildren: Jody Franklin, Mark Franklin, Wesley Franklin, Jay Dee Franklin, Sean Kauffman and Darin Kauffman and twelve great grandchildren.
