to Bob and Beulah Ragland. She married Billy Carnes on September 2, 1961. Together they lived in
McCamey until his death in 2011. At the time of her death, Margaret lived in Levelland with her
beloved dog Ziggy.
Margaret is survived by her daughters Kimberly Coe, husband Alan; Cara Phelan, husband Pat;
grandchildren Seth Coe, wife Lindsey; Sara Bass, husband Christian; Ryan Phelan, Katherine
Phelan & Sydney Phelan; great-grandchildren, Jayton and Lily Coe. She is also survived by her
sisters Sue Absher and Martha Louise Camp and brothers Wayne and Gene Ragland.
