My brother, Raymond, was a good 'big brother'. When I started high school in 1966, he rode herd on me. He was always threatning to tell our parents on me for some reason here and there, but, never did. I told on him plenty, but, that was just what 'little' sister's did! He married Diana, they had Shannon in 1968 and I took care of her when her Mother went back to work. That was some of the funniest times in my life. Shannon was a little 'firecracker' and I learned alot about 'keeping' little 'firecracker's'! We all had good times together and I stayed with Raymond and Diana a lot when I was a young girl. Raymond was a hard worker all his life and I remember when he started driving tractor/trailer rigs for the farmer's in the Lubbock/Levelland area, he would come by and get me so I could make a short run with him and I knew what to expect. He was a man on a 'mission'! Oh boy! Did we ever get to wherever we were going in a 'hurry'! I was breathless by the time we pulled into the warehouses. He just looked at me like..'hey' chill out! It was still fun to go with him. Shannon married Kurt and had Cade and Kalan and you would have thought that 'Raymond's' two grandkids were the only 'grandkids' on the earth! He was 'crazy' about them. He was a good 'Poppa'!
I will miss my 'big brother', he was awesome!

I did not know Raymond personally but know his sister Paula and she fondly talked of  him with good memories may he rest in peace.
