Sandra Ruth Massengale

Sandra Ruth Ross Massengale was born on November 3, 1947. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 6, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ray Massengale; her parents, CB and Emily Ross; a brother Donald Ross; and a sister Ardela Barron.

She is survived by two daughters, Shellie Dawn King and husband Curtis King of Levelland, Texas; Charlotte Ann Hurst and husband Bart Hurst of Lubbock, Texas. Two brothers John Ross of Lubbock, Texas: Calvin Ross and wife Wanda of McAllen, Texas. Five grandchildren, Laurran Hurst of Lubbock, Texas; Bobby King and Fiancée Kayla Hekiman-Williams of Tampa, Florida: Hestin Hurst and wife Amy of Fort Worth, Texas,: Benjamin King of Levelland, Texas and Elizabeth King of Levelland, Texas. And many nieces and nephews.

Sandra enjoyed crocheting, painting, sewing and loving on her many cats and dogs that she has had over the years. She had many adventures in the kitchen making many different types of food. She loved to play games on her computer and keep up with her family and friends on Facebook. She was a member of the Ridgecrest Baptist Church and played the piano there for many years. But in recent years, attended Park Drive Baptist Church.

Sandra had an Associates Degree in Accounting and a real estate license from South Plains College in Levelland and a member of the Phi Theta Kappa. She worked for USA Relay and retired 7 years ago.

Celebration of Life services for Sandra will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at 4:00pm at George C. Price Funeral Home in Levelland, Texas.
