Ann E. Barry

Ann E. Barry Ann E. Barry of Wyncote, died on Thursday, November 25, 2010, at the age of 90. Born and raised in the Frankford section of Philadelphia, Ms. Barry formerly resided in Woodlynne, NJ. She has lived in Newtown Township for the past 10 years. She was employed with the Federal Government for 35 years before retiring. After her retirement, she volunteered as a clerk at El Centro Social Services for 12 years. Ann was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Kelly) Barry. Ann is survived by her sister of Patricia McHale (Frank) of Langhorne and a sister-in-law Jean Barry. She will also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by two sisters; Mary R. Keenan (Andrew), and Joan M. Swann (John), and three brothers; Joseph P. Barry, William J. Barry Jr. (Peg), and John J. Barry (Agnes). The family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at Our Lady of Grace Church, 225 S. Bellevue Ave., Penndel where her Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place at a later date. in lieu of flowers, mass cards or contributions to Newtown Friends, 50 S. Congress St., Newtown, PA 18940 or Trinitarian Sisters, att: Sr. Mary Vincent, 3501 Solly Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19136 would be appreciated.
