Anna L Ciambotti

She was born August 30, 1933 in Altoona, Pa. Daughter of the late Clarence and Gertrude (Judene) Forney.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 50 years, Nazzareno (Nazz) Ciambotti, her sons Donald, Joseph and Michael and her brother Duane Forney.

She is survived by her loving family: daughters Dawn Marie (Re) and Wayne (Bud) Mellor and Laurie Ann and Richard Tetreault with whom she resided.

Grandchildren: Taunya (Michael), Nikki Mellor, Dani (Tom) Hsaio, Tara Lyn (Jason) Schultz, Kristin (Chad) Ackerman, Richard, Jr. (Rachel)Tetreault, Kayli (Frankie) Grezaffi and Katie (Dima) Petrov.

Great Grandchildren: Reece, Violet, Camryn, Madeline, Maverick, Coraline, Juliette, Waverly, Ashlynn, Eleanor, Alexandra, Evalyn, Evangeline, Mila, Richard III, Dulsen, Isaac, Kaia and Augustine.

She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Linda Ciambotti, her sister-in-law, Carol Forney and many nieces and nephews all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Ann's favorite thing to do was spend time with her family; especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren whose love, laughter and hugs kept her young! She also enjoyed crocheting, online shopping and playing games on her IPad.

She will be remembered as the heart of her family and will be dearly missed by all.

The family encourages attendees to wear bright colors in honor of Ann's bright personality and the joy she brought us all.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace, 225 S. Bellevue Avenue, Penndel, PA 19047.

Burial will follow for Anna at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, 1215 Super Hwy, Langhorne, PA 19047.
