Bernard J. Brennan Bernard J. "Barney" Brennan died on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Lower Bucks Hospital, Bristol. He was 58. Barney was born in Bristol, the son of the late Dolores (Yaeger) and William L. Brennan, Sr., and was life long resident of Levittown. He was the Facility Manager at Tareyton Estates in Langhorne for 28 years. Barney was a member of Saint Joseph the Worker Council #4215, St. John Neumann Fourth Degree Assembly and the Alhambra Al Fath Caravan #126. Barney was also a member of the Ancient Order of the Hibernians, AOH Division 5. He loved spending time with his granddaughters along with traveling, camping and reading. In his spare time, Barney selflessly gave his time, advice and expertise to his community. Beloved husband of 38 years to Sally (Bailey). Barney is the loving father of Barbara Estevez and Kevin J. (Tammy) Brennan. He is the devoted grandfather of Amanda and Ashley Estevez and Alexis Clouser. Barney is the brother of MaryEllen, Bill and Marybeth, Theresa, Kevin and George. He is the brother-in-law of Pat Menth, Robert and Richard Bailey. He will also be sadly missed by Jack Jacoby, Ken Rink and many niece and nephews. He was preceded in death by Bob, Jean and Debbie Bailey. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Barney's name may be made to the Al Fath Caravan #126, Children Christmas Party c/o of the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc. at the above address.
