Bonita J. Eddington

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, David Eddington, her parents, sister Mary Weiner and brother-in-law Martin Weiner.

Bonnie, as she was affectionately known, was born in Pottsville, PA, to parents, Ethel and John Breslin. She graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School and then obtained her certification as a medical assistant. Bonnie also became a certified EMT. Her family was amazed, not by her ability to obtain this certification, but her ability to wear the gear required as it had to weigh almost twice as much as she did. Bonnie spent her career as a medical assistant with Kids First Newtown where she enjoyed working with children. In her free time, Bonnie enjoyed taking mini vacations, gardening, and doing puzzles, as well as a passion for working up our family history.

Bonnie is survived by her son: David John Eddington, grandson Orion Eddington, siblings, Jack Breslin (Kathy), Eileen Keba (Jim), Carol Breslin, Linda Foulke (Kurt), Jennie Munizza (Bennie), Jerry Breslin, and April Costello, and many nieces, nephews and cousins who will miss her dearly.

Those who knew Bonnie will remember her for her beautiful smile, kindness and overwhelming love she had for her son and grandson.
