

Born in Cherry Point, NC, Mr. Kemper has been a lifetime Lower Bucks County resident and was a 1985 graduate of Neshaminy High School.
He was a former employee of Holland Floor Company and Volpe Tile in Warminster.
An avid fisherman, Mr. Kemper enjoyed being a member of the Penn Warner Lake Club, where he spent many long days doing what he loved most.
He was a proud US Navy veteran and a former member of the Levittown Moose Lodge.
Loving father of Michel J. Kemper and Danielle J. Kemper, Boyce is also survived by their mother, Rose McHugh (Eric Pitts); grandson, Evan J. Kemper; his father, Boyce J. Kemper Sr. (Ruth); niece, Benay Morath (Cory Cohen); great nephew, Ryland Cohen; his companion, Andrea Guy; and his life long friends, Steven Amodei, Paul Reynolds, and Terri Lewis.
He was predeceased by his mother, Barbara J. (Edwards) Kemper (Al Campbell); sisters, Bonnie Jean Morath and Benay Justine Kemper; and nephew, Jesse Kostar.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, services and interment will be held privately. A celebration of his life will be announced at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, to help keep his memory alive at Penn Warner Lake Club, the family requests memorial contributions in his name be made to the Boyce Kemper Memorial Fund, at any Wells Fargo branch office
