Brian was a devoted husband, a proud father and Pappy, a beloved sibling and a dear friend to many. Brian was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed golf, boating, hunting and fishing. He enjoyed relaxing on his patio admiring his backyard and pool that he and Carol meticulously cared for each passing season. He worked for 25 years at Joe Kirwan Company with plans to retire next spring.
Brian’s time was best spent with the ones he loved. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. His sudden passing will be felt by all who knew him and will remind us to cherish our loved ones, to be grateful for each day and the blessings that surround us.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carol; children Kyle Stapleton and Sandy Drakeley (Paul); his brothers Richard (Beverly), Joseph, his sister Suzan (Chuck) Campanelli; and his beloved grandchildren Caroline, Lauren, Jack, James (Drakeley) and Andrew Brian (Nguyen-Stapleton). Brian is the son of the late Leo and Gloria Stapleton and brother of the late Kevin Stapleton.
A memorial service for family and friends will be on Friday, November 10, 2023 from 9 am until 11:30 am at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA . A funeral service will begin at 11:45 am. Interment will be private.
