Catherine Elizabeth Wilkins

Born in Abington, Pennsylvania, Catherine was a proud 1974 graduate of Neshaminy High School. Throughout her life, she was known for her warm spirit, contagious smile, and kind heart. She had a remarkable gift for making everyone she met feel welcomed, loved, and valued.

Catherine dedicated many years of service to Nabisco before beginning a career at Olive Garden, where she worked for more than 20 years. Her strong work ethic, friendly personality, and genuine care for others left a lasting impression on coworkers and guests alike.

Above all else, Catherine treasured her family. She loved spending time with those she held dear, traveling, and attending her children's and grandchildren's games, performances, and special events. Whether cheering from the sidelines or gathering loved ones around the table, she found her greatest joy in creating memories with family.

Catherine is survived by her beloved husband, Trent Wilkins; her children, Christine Knoblauch (Eric), Kevin Rice (Erin), Timothy Rice, Bryan Rice (Eileen), and Samantha Wilkins; her stepchildren, April, TJ, and Chynna; her goddaughter, Vanessa Bush; her mother, Elizabeth Hill Haedrich; her sister, Cindy Donnelly (John) and her brother Dennis Haedrich (Terri); 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Rice; her father, Harry Haedrich; and her brother, Donald Haedrich.

Catherine's legacy is one of love, kindness, generosity, and devotion to family. She touched countless lives through her caring nature and unwavering support of those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026, from 10:00 am until 12 noon, at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown PA. A funeral service will start at 12 noon.

All other services for Catherine will be private.
