Hoff, Jr. "Bud" (Joanne), William Hoff "Bill" (Sandra), Michael Hoff (Carolyn) and Shirley Anne Bergholtz (Michael); and devoted grandfather to his seven grandchildren; Jennifer, Nicholas, Jessica, Lexi, Jacqui, Mikey, and Natalie; and proud great-grandfather of six. Brother of Gregory Hoff (Carol) and Uncle to numerous nieces and nephews.
Born in Philadelphia, the son of the late Jeannette (Kissel) and Ralston Hoff, Chalie was a graduate of Mastbaum High School and went on to study diesel technology at Detroit Diesel Educational Institute and spent 48 years as a Master Machinist.
Once retired, Chalie became a proud member of the Philadelphia Modifiers Street Rod Club. As his children got older he resumed his passion for building cars and built several street rods.
Chalie was a devoted family man who lived for his family and was known for his patience. He will be forever missed.
