Charles Fred Ivan Charles Fred Ivan died on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at Aria Health Bucks Campus. He was 72. Born in New York, NY, he was formerly of Warrington, PA and Southern California. Charles was the owner/operator of Mark VII in Warminster for over 30 years. He had a passion for street car and boat racing and antique cars. Beloved husband of 23 years to Tanya Sue (Smaracheck), Charles is the loving father of Patty Avellino (Steve) of Levittown, Jason Potts (Amy) of Bensalem and Brian Potts (Kristy) of Levittown. He is the proud grandfather of Ashley, Steven, Seth, Kacy and Kayla and the brother of Arlene Ritchie. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday,10:00 until 11:00 am, at. James J.
