Charlotte E. Wolfe

Charlotte E. Wolfe, former resident of Levittown since 1954 and recent resident of Chandler Hall, Newtown, PA, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2011. Charlotte lived a full life of 94 years. Originally from Allentown, PA, she attended William Allen High School in Allentown and met her now late husband, Edward W. Wolfe, a few years after graduating. Charlotte and Edward were married for 61 years until his passing in 1999. Charlotte is survived by her children Dorothy Lovett of Columbia, MD, Jane and Wayne Stevens of Rocklin, CA, Edward and Virginia Wolfe of Doylestown, PA, and Barbara and Don Towers of Levittown, PA. She is also survived by her grandchildren Wayne Stevens, Jason (Monica) Stevens, Beth Lovett Sher (Mike), Mark Lovett, Caitlin and Lauren Towers, and one great-granddaughter, Eleanor Stevens. All will miss her presence in their lives. While she was at Chandler Hall, she revived her love of art by creating many drawings which were exhibited at the home. There will be a ceremony of passage of her life in mid-April to celebrate Charlotte's life for family and friends. Details of this event will be determined at a later date.
