Clara Santicchia MedveClara Santicchia Medve died at her home on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at the age of 91.Born in Uniontown, PA, Mrs. Medve has been a resident of Levittown for the past 60 years. In earlier years she worked at the former Pomeroy's Department Store in the Levittown Shopping Center and also at Uttley's Bakery in Levittown.She was a member of the Levittown Lanes Senior League and the Falls Township Senior Citizens.Beloved wife of the late John Medve, Mrs. Medve is the loving mother of Cynthia Matthews (Joe) and Pamela Riley (Mike).She is the devoted grandmother of Joseph III and John Matthews, Angela Cramp and Kristen Riley; the great grandmother of Ashley, Joseph IV, J.D. Jr., Natalie, Michael and Aidan and great-great grandmother of Quinn.She will also be missed by her sister, Mary Uttley and many nieces and nephews.Family and friends may call from 8 until 9 a.m. on Tuesday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Church followed by Rite of Committal at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Frances Cabrini Church, 325 S. Oxford Valley Rd., Fairless Hills, PA 19030.
