Born to the late Donald and Ann Blangger, Cindy was a longtime resident of Fairless Hills. She graduated from Pennsbury High School in 1977 and later earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Bucks County Community College in 1990. As a dedicated single mother, she balanced the demands of full-time employment while attending evening classes to pursue her goal of becoming a Registered Nurse. Motivated by her deep love for her daughter and a desire to provide every opportunity possible, she met the challenge with strength and determination.
Cindy dedicated more than 30 years of her life to the nursing profession, spending much of her career caring for patients throughout the Philadelphia and Bucks County area. Known for her compassion, generosity, kindness, resilience, and strong work ethic, she touched countless lives through her commitment to helping others. Despite her cancer diagnosis, she continued to live life on her own terms, facing each day with strength and determination. Even in her final days, she continued to put the needs of others before her own, a testament to her caring and selfless nature.
Family was the center of Cindy’s world. Each December, she looked forward to the annual family trip to Woodloch Pines, creating cherished memories with her “ever-growing family”.
She took great pride in showcasing her baking and crafting talents. Family and friends eagerly anticipated the delicious cupcakes and other baked treats she brought to gatherings. Her cupcakes were as beautiful as they were delicious, decorated with a level of skill, creativity, and artistry that never failed to impress. Her seasonal displays reflecting her creativity and woodworking talents, were admired by all. She loved adventure, particularly the excitement of roller coasters, and treasured time spent with her beloved grandchildren.
Cindy is survived by her daughter, Melissa Rosen and her husband, Martin Rosen; her cherished grandchildren, Olivia and Riley Rosen; her sister, Diane Gesualdi; her brother, Donald Blangger and his wife, Lisa; her nephew, James Gesualdi and his wife, Lindsey; her niece and goddaughter, Nikole Gesualdi; many cousins; and her faithful canine companion, Taz Ninja.
Cindy’s life was defined by compassion, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family and profession. Her legacy lives on through the countless patients she cared for, the family she loved so deeply, and the many lives she touched with her generosity and warmth.
