Daniel H. Henshaw Daniel H. Henshaw died at St. Mary Medical Center on Sunday, August 11, 2013. He was 58. Daniel was a lifelong resident of Levittown. He will be most remembered by his many friends for his big smile. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed music and movies and visiting his favorite restaurants. He worked at Growth Horizons sheltered workshop in Levittown for many years doing light assembly work. He was the best worker at his workshop. Daniel was the beloved son of Jonathan C. and the late Martha E. Henshaw. He was predeceased by his brother William. Daniel is the great brother of Jane Kirk of Castle Rock, CO, Mary Watkins (Tim) of Littleton, CO, Thomas (Debbie) of Crystal Lake, IL and Anne Henshaw-Rolsal (Tony) of Levittown/Doylestown. He was the uncle of Brian, Harry, Lindsey, Tina, Kelly, Louise, Ryan and Maria and the great uncle of four. He will be sadly missed by many extended family members. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. There are no calling hours on Friday. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 am at Queen of the Universe Church, 2443 Trenton Road, Levittown. Rite of Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Daniel may be made to Special Teens Project, Inc., PO Box 292, Langhorne, PA 19047. They provide recreational activities for individuals with special needs.
