Born in Bristol, PA to Arthur and Ruth Driscoll, he was a lifelong area resident. He worked for over 30 years for the Pennsbury School District before his retirement.
In his limited spare time, David was an avid sports fan, particularly rooting for Philadelphia teams (Go Birds!).
David also enjoyed hunting and fishing and had a deep love of nature.
Predeceased by his parents, and his beloved wife Maureen; David is survived by his sons, David A. Driscoll. Jr., and Nicholas J. Driscoll; his granddaughter, Kaylee L. Driscoll; his brothers, Donald Driscoll and Craig Driscoll (Jane); and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Gathering for family and friends will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM, with a funeral service immediately after, at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA.
