David Lee McAllister David Lee McAllister, age 68, of Philadelphia, formerly of Bronx, NY, died suddenly on Sunday, June 3, 2012. Beloved husband of 18 years to Veronica (Bennett), brother of Kathi Olfano, Nancy Patricella, Wendy King, and brother-in-law of Bruce Bennett. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Services and interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to charity of donor's choice.
