Born in Bristol, PA, David was a lifelong resident of Bucks County. David was employed at Reedman Toll for 40+ years, and recently served as General Manager for the last 5 years at Reedman Toll of Jenkintown PA.
David was known for his kindness and generosity to all, he touched the lives of many and treated all like family.
His free time was spent mainly with family and close friends. He loved taking Lacey, his golden retriever, for long walks in the park. In addition, he enjoyed going to the Jersey Shores, fishing, and was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies, and Eagles. David will be dearly missed by so many.
Predeceased by his parents, John and Velma Rovny, his in-laws, Joseph and Martha Sabol; he is survived by his loving wife Michele, and they recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. Also survived by his son, Brett, his fiancé Jackie and his precious grandson Noah David Rovny, and by his son Kyle and his girlfriend Caitlin. He is also survived by his older brother and sister-in-law Mike and Trish Rovny, his older sister Susie and brother-in-law Mark Schaffer, and his younger sister Millie Rovny. He was loved by his sisters- in law, Marilyn Webster, Eileen Cipa, and Jean Sabol and brother-in-law Bill (Carolyn) Sabol. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews Meggi and Andrew Schaffer, Craig (Jessie) Cipa, and Cristen (Doug) Owen. He will also be missed by many beloved friends and co-workers.
A viewing for David will be held Wednesday March 19th, 2025, from 10 AM-12 PM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 PM at Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, 611 Knowles Ave Southampton PA 18966.
A burial will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery 1215 Super Highway, Langhorne PA, 19047.
