

Dawn M. King, of Bensalem died on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at her home. She was 27. Born in Mount Holly, NJ, Dawn has been a resident of Bensalem since 1995. She was a member of the first graduating class of the Bucks County Technical High School Culinary Arts and Hotel Management program. Daughter of the late Linda King, Dawn is survived by her loving father Richard and his wife Carolyn Mitzen. She will be sadly missed by 5 stepsisters, Carolyn Haigh and her husband Richard of Levittown, Charlene Sherman of Fairless Hills, Kimberly Molloy and her husband Bernie of Levittown, Kelly Sokoloski and her husband Dean of Bensalem and Christine Knoell and her husband Billy of Langhorne. Dawn was the niece of Doris King of Heightstown, NJ and Bobby and Frankie King of New Jersey. She is also survived by a brother Gary King of New Jersey and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday from 9:30 until 11:00 a.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Rosedale Memorial Park.
