Deborah Amen Suchowierski

September 27, 1953 – November 5, 2025
Obituary of Deborah Amen Suchowierski
IN THE CARE OF

James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc.

Deborah "Debbie" Suchowierski, aged 72, of Langhorne, PA, passed away at home on November 5, 2025 surrounded by her loving family and dear friends.

Debbie was known for her deeply caring and selfless nature, and her love for dogs defined much of her personal and philanthropic endeavors.

Debbie spent her career as a bookkeeper, operating independently. Her remarkable skills not only earned her a reputation as a sought-after asset but also afforded her opportunities that enriched her life with travel. Beyond her professional achievements, Debbie was profoundly dedicated to her personal passions. She frequently cared for her friends' dogs, affectionately naming her home "Camp Suchowierski." Her love for animals extended to fostering dogs and supporting local animal rescues.

Debbie's leisure time was filled with joy and relaxation at her timeshares in Kissimmee, FL, and Atlantic City, NJ. A fan of Jimmy Buffett, her love for beach culture was evident in her lifestyle, which often included enjoying pool days, trips to Avalon, and swimming.

She is survived by her sister, Barbara Amen; brothers, Richard (Rene) Amen and Bobby (Debi) Amen; along with many nieces, nephews, and dear friends, including Anna & Greg Borsos, Donna & Brian Durnin, and Nannette Quenzer. Debbie was preceded in death by husband William Suchowierski and by her beloved dog companions: Mickey, Cookie, Teddy, and Cody.

A private service will be held to honor Debbie's life.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to organizations reflecting her love for animals and commitment to community care
