
Dolores Ann White Dolores Ann White, 79, long-time resident of Fairless Hills died in her peaceful sleep, on Saturday, the first of January, 2011 at Manor Care Nursing Home, Langhorne. Dolores was born in Philadelphia on January 24, 1931 to John and Ann Clark. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John (Jack) Clark. She was a member of Calvary Full Gospel Church. Friends of Dolores called her Dee and enjoyed her contagious laugh, witty humor, strength and determination and love for life everyday. Besides her faith and her family, Dee's greatest passion was for children in need. Manily through the foster care system, Dee and her husband cared for approximately 50 children over the years. She will surely be remembered as touching each child's life for eternity. Dee also loved pets, traveling, reading and ice cream. She was extremely creative and enjoyed doing crafts. She is survived by her loving husband, Roscoe Lee White, Sr. who stayed by her side for better and for worse...in sickness and in health...until a death departure; her children, Roscoe and Sharon White, Vickie and Les Hoffman, Martin L., Mary and Mark Tretina and William Bergman. Dolores was the proud grandmother of 7 grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, 7:00 until 9:00 pm and Thursday, 11:30 am until 12:30 pm at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her Funeral Service will be held at 12:30 pm. Interment will follow in Rosedale Memorial Park. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to Calvary Full Gospel Church, 676 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills, PA 19030.
