Donna was born in Philadelphia, PA, to parents, Charles J Cossman and Rachel M Cossman. She graduated from Neshaminy High School in 1970. Donna went on to establish a career as an Administrative Analyst, working for the State of New Jersey’s Division of Taxation for over 40 years.
Donna was an avid reader and enjoyed sci-fi and detective/drama shows and movies. She also enjoyed paying Skip-Bo with her father, daughter and grandkids; crossword puzzles and her vacations with her sisters and grandchildren. She loved her tootsie rolls. But what she enjoyed most was spending time with her grandchildren… attending their school functions, sports, shopping, baking, playing games or doing puzzles. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, colleague and friend. She touched the lives of so many people. She will greatly be missed and will never, ever, be forgotten.
Donna was preceded in death by both parents, Charles J Cossman and Rachel M. Cossman and her brother, Daniel Cossman.
Donna is survived by her husband, Neil “Jim” Scholl; daughter Danielle “Danni” Scholl; grandchildren Taylor K Scholl and Connor J Scholl; great grandchildren, Michael J Livingston, Carson K Kitchen and Archie B Campbell; her sisters Nancie Vaihinger and Patricia Kinyon and various nieces and nephews.
A viewing for Donna will be held Friday, March 8, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM.
