Dorothy May Katz Dorothy May Katz died on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Aria Health Bucks Campus. She was 88. Born in Fallsington, Mrs. Katz has been a life long resident of Lower Bucks County and was a member of Emilie United Methodist Church, Levittown. Mrs. Katz was a 1943 graduate of Fallsington High School. She enjoyed traveling, expecially taking cruises. Beloved wife of the late Lester F. Katz, Sr. and grandmother of the late Brian Banks, Mrs. Katz was the loving mother of Lester F. Jr. (the late Judith), William J. (Kathi), Dorothy M. Banks (the late Noah)and Alan R. (Lois). She was the devoted grandmother of 10 and proud great grandmother of 5. She will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephew. Mrs. Katz was the last of 8 children. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday from 7:00 until 9:00 pm and again on Tuesday, from 9:00 until 10:00 at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown where her funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in the Emilie United Methodist Church Cemetery.
