

Dorothy A Ramsey passed away peacefully at her daughter's home with her husband by her side and her children and grandchildren and great grandchildren guiding her to heaven with their prayers on April 21, 2020 at the age of 91.
Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Dorothy moved to Bensalem where she called home for over 67 years. She was a communicant of the former Our Lady of Fatima parish in Bensalem. She was a devoted Catholic who loved her Faith and lived to "Serve Our Lord".
Dorothy in her younger years was a "sales lady" at Lit Brothers and Bonwit Teller Department Stores in Philadelphia. Later, she worked as a sales associate in the drug department at Kelly's Korner/Big C in Bensalem, and then as an assistant manager in the clothing department of the McCrory Five and Dime store in the Bucks County Mall.
The daughter of the late John and Frances Balchunis, Dorothy is preceded in death by her brothers John (Stella), Vince (Adele), Joseph (Florence) and her sisters Helen Warnela (Stanley) and Alberta Hughes (James) as well as her grandson Michael Yochum and her son-in-law Robert J. Yochum. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Bobby O. Ramsey and their children Frances Borman (Robert Yochum), Robert (Veronika), Dolores Fow (Ron Rodenbaugh) and Kathleen Daino (Steven). She is the loving grandmother of Christine Borman (Jeff Lister), William Borman (Jacqueline), Richard Borman (April), Robert Borman (Sarah Schaffer), Kyle Yochum (Allyson), Robert W. Yochum (Amy), Heather Barner (Joseph), Tim Yochum (Carol), Beate Bunting, Michele Greer (Gregory Diedrich), Kristen Mauro (Phil), Ashley Drapeau (David), Michael Fow (Rachel), Jesse Melcher (Martina), Joshua Woodruff, Gaven Woodruff, Kelly Schnarrs (David), Kenny Franz, USMC Lance Corporal John Miller, Jacqueline Garcia (David), Steven Daino (Jenny), Michele Benham (Jay), Christopher Daino (Laura) and 51 great grandchildren; Kayli, Delaney, Reilly, Jack, Sean, Gavin, Madi, Toni, Camryn, Addison, Gia, Marissa, Will, Chloe, Lily, Macy, Devon, Tristan, Jordan, Casey, Mikayla, Tylar, US Army SPC Kelsey Yochum, US Army SPC Bryce Yochum, Cade, Julius, Nicholas, Natalie, Addison, Max, Zoey, James, Rosaly, Adriana, Rachel, Layla, Jesse, Madaline, Avery, Kylee, Maverick, Sydney, David, Bella, Livvy, Steven, Emily, Gabe, Harry, Willow, and Claire and 4 great-great grandchildren; Grayson, Beau, Cian and Finn. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Monty Ramsey (Betty) along with many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and many extended family members whom she always loved dearly and her "Angel" Shakela Jamison. God loves you, Mom.
