Baby bro, I don't know where to start or how to keep this under 2000 words. I love you. Part of me still thinks/wishes this was a bad dream. I have 31 years of memories with you from the day you were born til last Friday. All the crazy shit we did as kids, the shows, the jam sessions, cooking together, going to get kielbasa for easter, making horse radish, countless hours just laughing uncontrollably, working together. I feel you around me constantly and I've never experienced  the overwhelming instant feeling of comfort and calmness and the tears disappear immediately. I don't know when or if I'll ever feel normal again you took a huge part of us with you and we both had so much more to accomplish. I'm gonna keep striving for the stars and everytime I look up I'll know you're amongst them. Fly high Little bro and save me a spot at the secret pizza party in the woods!

Ev, I've known you longer than Ry and I have been together. I can hear your voice clear as day all too often in my head this past week and it breaks my heart that you are gone. Like Ryan said, one of the hardest parts about all of this is that my kids won't grow up with their uncle Evan around. I'm happy for the time you did have with them especially Layla. We will make sure that we tell them about you often. How kind and funny and talented you were. How you always knew how to make me laugh at work or when you would make fun of Ry in only a way a brother knew how. Ev, you are missed more than you know, and its killing me to see your mom, brothers, family and friends like this, with a piece of them missing. Please know how loved and cherished you were by so so many. And every time Layla asks about her "uncle heaven" I will make sure she understands the magnitude and force your were in the world. Rest easy Ev. Love you so much!!

I'll never forget my first Mother’s Day with the Sorm family in 2017. We'd only met a couple times prior but I'd stayed over Mags that Saturday night before. Woke up Sunday morning on Mother’s Day to you in the band room with a bouquet of flowers for me, I was so mushy about it, just that you'd have even thought of me. You continued every single year and I really always looked forward to my Ev flowers on Mother’s Day. You were so deeply sensitive and thoughtful. Love you Ev.

I am shocked and very sad to hear about Evan’s passing.  My only memory of Evan is when he spent a lot of  time being Aunt Mary’s little side kick.  He was as sweet as he could be and it made me smile when I read he was still that sweet young man. My prayers are with you.

What can I say Evan? I could not have asked for a better Brother or friend. We had so many running jokes when we worked together I can't remember all of them.

When the truck was blocking the street and someone had to stop in their car to get by. I'd go into the truck and turn the hazards on and walk away. 

"Smile you son of a b...!"

A million stories like that. As hard as that job was, you never complained and we always just leaned harder into the jokes. You passed away in New Jersey as if I needed yet another reason to hate that state. We had so much fun together over the years Evan. I'm most depressed about how my kids won't really get to know you because you were such an incredible person. Layla still asks me if my cousin Kyle died, make of that what you will. 

Whenever I would be in bed at night and reading a text from you and laughing so hard I cried, mk always knew who I was talking to. I know you're doing well right now and because you're such a righteous person I know whatever did happen to you that you didn't suffer and it was quick. I love you Evan. There's a massive, 6'5 gap in my life right now and I don't think that will ever be filled. There was nothing in this world like bullshitting with you about movies or whatever we were getting into that day. I've never met another person that comes close to understanding my humor the way you did and was able to reciprocate it accordingly. 

I know I will see you again one day. Every time I've thought about you since Friday I just picture you up there with George, Gram, Beeb, your boy Hutch. Making jokes, going to work, living a great life. Even writing this now I can practically see you and George at Bailey's laughing together. 

You were truly an original person Evan.  I miss you every day and I can't wait to see you again.

Evan I couldn't ask for a better friend or Brother or anything else. We had years of running jokes doing this type of dangerous work and you never complained about it just leaned harder in the jokes. There's so many things I've been thinking about since Friday. I really got the impression that because you were such a righteous person that whatever happened was quick and you didn't suffer. We're all here for you Bro I can't imagine the deluge of people that are coming Saturday. I've wanted to send you so many texts and pictures since then and I realize that for the rest of my life that connection to someone who completely understood and reciprocated my humor is gone. You were a great man and I'm most depressed that my kids won't really get to make great memories with you. Although Layla asks me since I told her if my cousin Kyle died. Make of that what you will. I've been thinking about you all the time and there's a ton of music I can't listen to right now but I'm sure I will be able to soon. Whenever I looked at my phone at night in bed and started laughing so hard I'd cry, mk knew I was texting you. It's been that way our entire lives. I love you Evan and I know I'll see you again soon. Have fun up there with George, Gram and Beebop, Hutch. I picture you right now after work at Bailey's with George laughing.

Evan will truly be missed! I keep replaying so many memories between class (specifically, theatre class), the limo to and from prom, the countless PTK shows and many more. He truly was one of the nicest guys that I have had the pleasure to know. I am grateful to have known him and call him my friend all of these years!❤️

Evan is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Scottie, Leo, Layla, Stella and Thomas; his significant other, Staci Hatton; his auntand uncles, Uncle Jimmy Griffin, Aunt Mary and Uncle Bob Notarfrancesco; his cousins, Justin Notarfrancesco (Kate), Lindsey Sagers (Lance), Jaci Stevenson (Matt); his step brother, Shawn Talay; his step sisters, Jessica and Shanna Talay; and his dear friends who meant more to him than words could ever express.


He is predeceased by his father; and his grandparents, Thomas (Beebop) and Leonarda (Meemom) Cirillo.
