It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our mother Georgeann "Punky" Dillon she was 83 at the time of passing and lived on Madison Ave in Penndel. She passed away peacefully on Sunday November 9th in the early hours of the morning.
She was born to George and Ruth Howes on Sept 26th 1942, and graduated from Council Rock High School. Shortly after she married her first husband Ken and began building her family with two sons, Ken and Keith. Later she divorced and remarried her second husband Steve where she added two more children to the family, Kimberly and Stephen. After Steve passed away, she waited many years before marrying Joe shortly before his passing. Her last love, beside her was cat buddy was Jack, who lived with her for many years. Since that time, she always kept herself busy looking for the cheapest prices for her Snapple or cat snacks and willing to go to 3 or 4 stores to save a buck or two. She loved to go out and eat with family and friends, especially if there was the possibility of getting some lobster or liver and onions. ( yuck )
I asked some family and friends to describe her in a few words and this is what we came up with.
Amazing, Blunt, Caring, Devoted, Feisty, Fun, Funny, Honest, Independent, Loving, Outspoken, Strong, Spunky, Stubborn, Thrifty, Tough, Unforgettable and Deeply Missed
She is survived by her son Ken, his wife Laurie and their children J
ames and Jarod, her son Keith, his wife Donna and his sons Allen, Ashton and step daughters Donna, Melissa and Brittany, her daughter Kim and her children Josh and Lexy and their 7 great grandchildren, Leigha, Madison, Gabriella, Chase, Willow, Raven and Nico and her son Stephen.
A celebration of life will be announced at a future date after the New Year.
