Born in Trenton, NJ, he was a lifelong area resident.
He is survived by his wife, Noreen (Crouch) Pratt and loving daughters Shannon (Ryan McKenna) and Brianne Pratt. He is preceded in death by his son, Jerry J Pratt and his parents, Elwin and Agnes(McHale) Pratt.
Jerry graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School and went on to become a welder with multiple companies, including National Glass and Metal.
In his spare time, he enjoyed getting his hands dirty in the garage whether it was tinkering with cars, motorcycles and all the tiny things in between.
He was a very caring person and would give the shirt off of his back to someone in need. Jerry was a big animal lover and loved all of the family pets dearly.
He will be missed dearly by his family and friends, but he will live on in the beautiful memories, love and laughter he leaves behind.
A celebration of life will be shared in the coming weeks.
