Gloria E. Bramble

Gloria E. Bramble died on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Chestnut Hill Hospital. She was 93.Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Bramble was a long time resident of Levittown. She was a founding member of the former Immaculate Conception parish where she was a devout member of the Altar Guild and frequently said the rosary.In earlier years, Mrs. Bramble worked for the Pennsylvania Rail Road where she met her husband.Mrs. Bramble was raised in a time where loving God and her family were paramount. She had a heart warming devotion to her parents that was also shown to her husband, son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren.She will be remembered as a kind, generous woman who was very down to earth, sweet and funny who always had a kind word for everyone.Beloved wife of the late E. Craig Bramble, she was the loving mother of Craig F. and his wife, Karen (nee Cleary).She was the devoted grandmother of Kathleen T., Craig F. Jr. (Megan Urban), Krista B. Yannarella (Andrew) and Kaitlyn M. Bramble and the great grandmother of Ameila Elizabeth Bramble.Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 8:30 until 10 a.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown.
