

Gloria was born on March 21st, 1942 in Conway, South Carolina to the late Jack and Thetis Spivey Williams. The Williams family moved to the Philadelphia area when Gloria was 8, where she later met and married Gerald B. Incollingo. They had two sons: Gerald John Incollingo (Saila) and Gregory Allen Incollingo. She graduated from Lincoln High School and later earned an Associate's Degree from Bucks County Community College.
Gloria worked for Imperial Wall Covering, eventually moving into management, for many years, where she became the first woman to run one of their regional distribution centers in Bristol, PA. Gloria loved her job and was proud of her accomplishments.
Gloria served as a Den Mother for her sons' scout troop and was active in local politics and was a council member of Lower East 1 District. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, loved traveling with family and friends, and had an avid interest in crossword puzzles.
In addition to her parents, Gloria was predeceased by her beloved husband, Gerald B. Incollingo; sisters Jacquelyn Windle and June Allen; and her nephew, Arthur Mumper.
Along with her sons and grandchildren, Peyton, Jackson, Jordan, Benjamin and Samuel, Gloria is survived by her brother, Robert Williams (Linda); brother-in-law, Jack Windle; and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, March 22, 2021, from 10:00 until 11:00 at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her funeral service will be held at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
