UPDATED SERVICE SCHEDULEHelen Barton of Langhorne died on Friday, March 2, 2018 at St. Mary Medical Center. She was 77.Born and raised in Philadelphia, Mrs. Barton has been a resident of Langhorne since 1964 and was a member of Our Lady of Grace parish. She worked for the Neshaminy School District as a playground aide for 30 years until retiring in 2015.Mrs. Barton was a member of the Langhorne-Middletown Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.Beloved wife of the late Jerome N. "Jerry" Barton, Mrs. Barton is the loving mother of Jerry J. Barton (Jane) and Eileen Bartleson (Bruce) both of Langhorne.She is the devoted grandmother of Michael J. and David J. Barton, Nikki Millman, Daniel and Brittany Bartleson and great grandmother of Bailee.Helen is also survived by a brother, Raymond Lafferty Jr. of Ocean City, NJ; step sister, Gwen Denn and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.Family and friends are invited to call from 6 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown and 10:30 until 11:30 a.m. on Thursday at Our Lady of Grace Church, 225 S. Bellevue Ave., Penndel where her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 11:30 a.m.  Rite of Committal will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
