Helen R. Corrado

Helen R. Corrado (Panzera), age 93, of Fairless Hills, died on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Crestview Nursing Home in Langhorne. Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Corrado was a resident of Levittown for 19 years prior to moving to Fairless Hills in 1999. She was a member of Saint Francis Cabrini Parish. Mrs. Corrado was employed for a few years as a hairdresser at Detra's Beauty Shop in Cheltenham. For many years Helen was a volunteer with RSVP at Lower Bucks Hospital. Mrs. Corrado was the beloved wife of the late Paul F. Corrado and the loving mother of Barbara Burgess and her husband, John "Buz" of Levittown, PA and Deborah Bates and her husband Robert of Ormond Beach, FL. She will also be sadly missed by three grandchildren, Brian Burgess (Kim), Brooke Dibelius (David) and Dr. Cynthia Bates (Michael Waters); 4 great grandchildren Kyle, Abigail and Madison Burgess and Paige Dibelius; her sister-in-law Eda Corrado; her brother-in-law James Gareri and several nieces and nephews. Helen was preceded in death by her siblings Charles, Albert and William Panzera and Gloria Gareri Helen's family would like to thank the staff at Crestview Center and Gentiva Hospice for their dedicated, compassionate care. Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass on Friday at 9:30 am at St. Frances Cabrini Church, 325 S. Oxford Valley Rd., Fairless Hills, PA 19030 where friends may call from 8:30 a.m. until the time of the mass. The Rite of Committal will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. There will be no calling hours at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to St.Frances Cabrini Church at the above address.
